The greatest challenge, and where most fail, is successfully implementing these things into their lives and making them habits!

Anyone can do a short-term crazy diet or exercise routine but they teach you absolutely nothing about the long game.

My personal success is based on having habits in place that I have followed on a daily basis for decades! I will teach you how to implement these habits into your life so that the changes you make are permanent ones.
