At this time all classes are offered on a monthly basis (no drop-ins at this time) and are capped at four individuals per month. This means you will get plenty of personal attention in each class!

Male Strength Training

Are you a guy under 30 that is ready to build muscle, strength and confidence? Sick of how you look and feel? Lack the confidence to go out? Tired of spinning your wheels in the gym? Want to transform your body naturally using the best methods available?

The purpose of this class is to give you a solid foundation when it comes to lifting weights. You will learn how to perform exercises correctly in order to maximize your time and prevent injury. In addition, you will learn about nutrition such as what supplements are a waste of money.

Fundamentals of Kicking Level 1

Have you always dreamed of kicking like Jackie Chan, Van Damme or Bruce Lee? If so, now is your chance to learn the fundamentals! In order to have flashy kicks you must build a solid foundation and this is the place to do it! Learn not only how to kick correctly so that you can can kick with maximum force and speed but also learn how to increase your flexibility safely.

Learn from Coach John who is a 3rd degree black belt and has many years of experience coaching others.

Female Martial Arts and Conditioning

Are you a female that is tired of boring workouts? Sick of doing endless cardio with no results? How would you like to have a great workout while having fun and learning something new? This class is meant for those that want to have fun while transforming their bodies!

This class will consist of a combination of strength training and martial arts. Shape your body with strength training and increase your fitness while learning martial arts!

Athlete Core Conditioning (on-hold)

Are you an athlete that wants to increase your performance? Silly question…what athlete wouldn't! Research has shown that a stiffer core can increase force-production and speed. What most people don’t realize is that performing endless amounts of sit-ups and crunches don’t really do much to increase core stiffness (and they can actually cause injury to some individuals). This class will be a circuit style and will consist of exercises designed to increase core stiffness, no sit-ups or crunches guaranteed.

  • This class is open to males and females aged 15 years and up.

  • Start Date: October 5, 2020

  • Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

  • Time: 6 to 6:45pm
