How does this online Coaching thing work?

Fitness and nutrition coach

Initial Consultation - to ensure we are a good fit and so that you don’t feel pressured!

Prior to making any commitment whatsoever, we will have a consultation call so that I can get a better understanding of your struggles and specific needs and make sure that I am the best one to help you with your health and fitness journey. In addition, before signing up with someone I feel it is important to see if you actually get along and could see yourself working with that person!

Thorough Assessment - to ensure that we focus on what you specifically need in order to make maximal progress!

Once you have agreed to work with me you will be required to answer a thorough questionnaire in which you will be asked about your goals and why they are important to you, your past exercise history, nutrition and more.

Customized Exercise Programming - to ensure that you make optimal progress with the equipment and time that you have!

Your exercise routine will be customized specifically for you and your goals and will be updated as necessary. I will design a program for you based on your level, equipment, and any physical limitations in order to ensure that you make maximal progress. In addition, you will be well-educated on how to perform particular exercises correctly so that you don’t get injured.


Optimized Nutrition Coaching - to ensure that you lose fat, gain muscle and are never confused again about nutrition!

Learn to implement better nutrition habits into your life without turning your life upside down. I will be with you every step of the way and will personally guide you. In addition, I will provide you with my Nutrition Fundamentals e-book to provide you with a solid nutrition base as well as other helpful nutrition resources to make your life less stressful.

Ongoing Support and Accountability - to ensure that you never feel alone and so that you continue making progress for the duration of the program!

Ongoing support, accountability and guidance will be given to you for the duration of the program to ensure that you get the most out of the program! I truly care about your success and will do my absolute best to aid you on your journey with me!


Extra Resources and Continuing Education - to ensure that you continue growing and so that once you finish the program you have a solid foundation so that you will never have to sign-up for another program again!

As someone that values the importance of continuing education I regularly provide my clients with ongoing resources such as evidence-based podcasts and articles that I feel they might be interested in. Not only does this promote further growth but it also provides for some great discussions!
